Two new Towers have been proposed for Kitsilano à la Broadway Plan
2175 W. 7th Ave –20 storeys (Across from St. Augustine’s School)
There will be an online question-and-answer period for the above proposed tower from Jan. 24 to Feb. 6, 2024 (Click on the address above to ask your questions). The application being considered by the City from Gracorp Properties LP is to rezone the site from RM-4 (Residential) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development)
District to allow for the development of a 20-storey residential building with three levels of underground parking.
The project includes:
- 182 secured rental units with 20% of the floor area for below market rental units (approximately 35 units);
- A floor space ratio (FSR) of 6.50;
- A building height of 66.0 m (216 ft.); and
- 52 vehicle parking spaces and 321 bicycle spaces.

Another question-and-answer session runs from Feb. 21 to Mar. 5 for the above site. HAVN Developments Ltd. has applied to the City for a rezoning from RT-7 (Residential) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal is to allow for the development of an 18-storey mixed-use building that includes:
171 secured rental units with 20% of the floor area secured for below market rental units;
- A floor space ratio (FSR) of 5.80;
- A building height of 59.5 m (195 ft.); and
- 84 vehicle parking spaces and 313 bicycle spaces.
